I hope you’re having a wonderful and a great start to your week. I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted something other than a review so was I inspired to do an unintentional Library Haul. I don’t do it very often as I tend to be rushing from the Library to get other things done because I’ve usually lost track of time browsing. I have a bit of extra time today so I figured why not.
I think of Tuesdays as a day for me to usually enjoy being a bookworm whether that be a trip to the Library or Bookstore or both if I give myself enough time.
Lately I’ve been trying to make it more of a Library trip to save money and slowly running out of space for my owned books. Plus Libraries are a very soothing place for me and I can usually be found at some point relaxing near a bookshelf display and window to gaze out of.
Today I’ve made it to the Library that’s about a 20 min drive from my home which is one of my favorite places to be and also happens to be one of my favorite Libraries!
I could easily spend hours here just wandering the aisles and most likely coming home with a stack taller than me! Which would be quite the stack as I’m just over 5ft11. I went in for 3 books & came out with a stack. In my defense, I was left alone which I admit isn’t much of a defense as I tend to go in by myself anyways as it tends to be easier unless I’m with a fellow bookworm.
I also went to Dunkin Donuts because I need caffeine to keep me awake and I do love treating myself to coffee once in a while! My Kindle Paperwhite is also pictured as I’m currently near the end of Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi which I borrowed via Libby. Don’t worry, I was parked when I took the picture!
Well I am going to wrap up this ode to my Library wanderings and get back to enjoying a little more extra time at the Library while I can. I hope you’ve enjoyed my bookish ramblings and are able to enjoy some quality reading time. I’ll return soon with more bookish content.
